A government tender required printing 200+ textbook titles, packing 1 million books, and distributing them school-wise to 3,000 schools — each with its own unique title/quantity combination — under Ministry inspection. Books were region-wise packed and container-loaded for dispatch, with section sewing for strength and UV coating (instead of plastic lamination) making every book completely plastic-free. The entire cycle — printing to loading — was completed in 45 days.
